Compensation$40-$50+ Per Hour
Compensation is based on experience, credentials, and assignment details.

Position Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Consult with teachers, families, and support staff
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and AAC needs
California SLP Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure
Completion of required supervised clinical practicum experience
Successful completion of the Praxis Speech-Language Pathology Examination
Ability to satisfy all district and state background clearance requirements
California licensure generally requires a master's degree, supervised clinical experience, fingerprint clearance, and qualifying examination scores through the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Board.
Preferred Qualifications
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
School-based experience preferred
Experience developing and implementing IEP goals
Familiarity with AAC devices and autism spectrum disorders
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
