Compensation$34-$42+ Per Hour
Compensation is based on experience, credentials, and assignment details.

Position Responsibilities
Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
Support students with fine motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and classroom participation skills
Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
Assist in creating adaptive strategies to support student success
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
California COTA Requirements
Qualified candidates must possess:
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant License
Current NBCOT certification
Ability to satisfy district and state background clearance requirements
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous school-based or pediatric experience
Knowledge of special education services and IEP processes
Experience working with sensory integration strategies
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
