ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Palo Alto, California for the upcoming school year. This is a great opportunity for an SLPA who is passionate about supporting students and working collaboratively with speech-language professionals in an educational setting.

Qualifications
Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license/credential
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistance or related field as required
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with SLPs, educators, and school staff
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
Assist with implementing student treatment plans and IEP goals
Document student progress and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
Support students across various communication needs
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay
Estimated hourly rate: $35–$45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
