ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join a supportive school district in San Jose, California for the upcoming school year. This opportunity is open to both experienced SLPs and new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year who are looking to grow their skills in a school-based setting.

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist credential/license or eligibility
Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay
Estimated hourly rate: $58–$68 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
