ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in New Castle, Delaware for the upcoming school year. This opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time SLPs who are passionate about supporting students and making a meaningful impact in an educational setting.

Qualifications
Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Provide speech and language services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Complete evaluations, assessments, and progress documentation
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in IEP meetings and support student progress
Compensation
Competitive weekly pay
Estimated hourly rate: $48 -$57 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and schedule
