Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Middletown, Delaware

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in the state or eligibility to obtain one
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPs are encouraged to apply
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, CCC, healthcare, or related settings strongly desired
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and adjust interventions as required
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication with all stakeholders
- Provide support and advocacy for students’ communication needs in an academic setting
