Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Zimmerman, Minnesota

Key Qualifications:
- Minnesota SLP license required
- Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Open to SLPs with CCC, those completing CFY, and those with a school focus
- Comfortable managing an elementary caseload
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary-aged students
- Participate in IEP meetings, working closely with educators and families
- Design and implement targeted intervention plans for small groups and individual students
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and achievement
