Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP license or eligibility (ASHA CCCs preferred)
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric or school-age populations
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Collaborative spirit to work with multidisciplinary teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals
- Directly provide speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, treatment plans, and IEP compliance
- Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding supports and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for service delivery
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
