Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus, though not required
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work effectively in both in-person and virtual environments, supporting a range of student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for K-8 students
- Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each child’s unique needs
- Deliver engaging group and individual therapy sessions (in person or virtually, as needed)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school staff to maximize student progress
- Supervise and support SLPAs working onsite
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with local and federal regulations
