Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Oakland, CA

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though Clinical Fellows may be considered
- Previous experience in a school environment is highly valued
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy services to students
- Collaborate with educational staff to develop strategies that enhance student learning and participation
- Maintain thorough documentation for services and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and create student-centered goals
- Offer resources and guidance to families and staff regarding communication disorders and interventions
