Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students as required
- Provide evidence-based direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student achievement and generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
- Advocate for students’ needs and promote effective communication strategies throughout the school community
