What We’re Seeking:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct and consultative services
- Passion for empowering students with diverse speech and language needs
Position Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy and support to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and comply with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
