School Speech Language Pathologist - San Antonio, TX

What We’re Seeking:
- Active SLP license; CCC credentials strongly preferred
- Previous school-based or high school Speech-Language Pathology experience
- Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
- Proficiency conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing evidence-based therapy
- Strong organizational and case management skills to handle a full caseload of students
- Collaborative spirit to work alongside educators, families, and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve high school students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and administer individualized therapy plans in line with IEP goals
- Engage in ongoing assessments and progress monitoring
- Document interventions and student outcomes in compliance with district/state standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and staff
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment for every student
