Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Elmendorf, TX

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA strongly preferred
- School-based experience with high school-aged students is beneficial
- Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are a plus but not necessary
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor progress, modifying interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Advocate for students’ needs within a collaborative high school environment
