Desired Qualifications:

- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous school-based experience preferred, though not required
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff
- Ability to manage caseload, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech and language disorders using standardized tools and observations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education teams to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records, reports, and progress notes
