Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dearborn, MI

A dedicated SLP is needed for a full-time contract position serving students in an ASD program across three buildings. This exciting role runs from September 1st through June 16th, 2027 and provides the opportunity to work primarily with a push-in model, ensuring students receive therapy in their daily learning environments.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a current SLP license; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- CCC certification highly desirable
- Experience supporting pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings
- Comfort working across multiple sites (elementary, middle, and high school)
- Familiarity with ASD intervention strategies is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and commitment to collaborative teamwork
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 35-40 students grades K-10, primarily using push-in services
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Serve as a speech-language resource across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Conduct assessments and maintain thorough, timely documentation of student progress
- Provide guidance and support for students with a range of communication needs within the ASD program
