Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Princeton, Minnesota

What We’re Looking For:
- Current MN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or candidates working toward their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) are welcome
- Background in pediatric SLP, especially within a school environment
- Experience or comfort managing an elementary school caseload
- Skilled in delivering small group and individual therapy sessions
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations and participating in IEP meetings
- Strong collaboration abilities for working with educators and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Provide engaging speech and language therapy, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records and ongoing progress monitoring
- Work closely with teachers and families to support student development
- Contribute to a welcoming, inclusive learning atmosphere
