School Speech Therapist - Yelm, Washington

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure and SLP certification
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and organize multiple caseloads efficiently
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and effective learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy to students in small groups and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document sessions, maintain required paperwork, and monitor student outcomes
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding communication needs
- Adapt and modify therapy plans to meet diverse student needs across K-12 grades
