Qualifications:

  • Current WA SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential or willingness to obtain
  • Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and deliver effective therapy
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals
  • Track and document student progress
  • Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
