Qualifications:
- Current WA SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) credential or willingness to obtain
- Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and deliver effective therapy
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals
- Track and document student progress
- Participate in school meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
