Qualifications:
- Active WA Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License, or willingness to obtain prior to start date
- SLP-CCC credentials required
- WA ESA credential (or willingness to obtain)
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI (or open to completion)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, including with K-12
- Effective communicator and strong collaborator
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech/language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
