Qualifications & Licensure
- Valid Washington SLP licensure
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
- SLP-CCC preferred; experience in school settings highly desired
- Washington Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and support staff for student success
- Participate in professional development activities and IEP meetings
- Support students’ progress toward their educational and communication goals
