Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children or within a school setting is highly valued
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, create individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy for students with varied communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other special education professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, interventions, and student progress
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students’ speech and language development
- Adapt intervention techniques to meet the diverse learning needs of your caseload
