Qualifications:
- Active Washington State SLP licensure (or eligibility/willingness to obtain)
- Current or willingness to acquire WA ESA
- Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred (K-12 caseload)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
- Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding student speech needs
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation
