Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State SLP licensure (or eligibility/willingness to obtain)
  • Current or willingness to acquire WA ESA
  • Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Previous experience in a school setting preferred (K-12 caseload)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for students K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams
  • Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding student speech needs
  • Maintain timely and compliant documentation
