Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Washington SLP license (or eligibility)
- Recent experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
- Knowledge of IEP process and documentation best practices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication challenges
- Provide direct speech and language services to students across a range of ages and abilities
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
- Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to support student learning and inclusion
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing input for student goals and service recommendations
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to generalize strategies and support student success in the classroom
