Speech Language Pathologist in Winlock, WA

Essential Experience & Credentials:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington SLP license
- ESA certification
- Strong communication skills, collaborative approach, and a passion for supporting student growth
- Previous experience working within a school environment preferred
- Clinical Competency Certification (CCC) is required for some roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with various speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Serve diverse caseloads across K-12, with openings at elementary, preschool, and secondary sites
- Work closely with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Maintain records, monitor student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
