Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state license or eligibility in Washington (licensure reimbursement available)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings a plus
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
