Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline
- Current state licensure for SLP or eligibility to obtain licensure (licensure costs reimbursed)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff on student needs
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide progress reports and participate in ongoing professional development
