School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Chehalis, Washington

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid WA SLP license
- Holds an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate
- ASHA CCC preferred for SLP roles
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is beneficial
- Collaborative attitude and strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer support to classroom staff through resources, training, and recommendations
