School Speech Language Pathologist - Centralia, Washington

You’ll work a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, managing a caseload of approximately 60 students. Elementary roles (grades K-6) and one secondary role (grades 7-12, covering two buildings) are open, as well as a unique chance to serve in a developmental preschool setting (ages 3-5), with potential to blend caseloads. Whether your passion lies in early intervention or working with older students, there’s a position tailored for your strengths.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington state SLP licensure
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Relevant school-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Monitor progress and document outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development
