Speech Language Pathologist in Rochester, WA

Your role will include working 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with a team of educators and specialists. Depending on your preference and experience, assignments include:
- Multiple elementary (K-6) positions with a well-defined caseload.
- A developmental preschool opportunity working with ages 3-5 (with the possibility of also supporting some elementary students).
- A secondary (grades 7-12) assignment spanning two buildings, engaging older learners in their communication development.
Ideal candidates bring:
- A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Washington SLP License.
- ESA certification.
- Commitment to fostering student success, creative problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
- School-based SLP, CCC-SLP, or SLPA experience is a plus.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress.
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
