Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunities are now available across diverse student populations, providing the chance to positively impact lives at either the elementary, developmental preschool, or secondary level.

Your role will include working 37.5 hours per week, collaborating with a team of educators and specialists. Depending on your preference and experience, assignments include:

  • Multiple elementary (K-6) positions with a well-defined caseload.
  • A developmental preschool opportunity working with ages 3-5 (with the possibility of also supporting some elementary students).
  • A secondary (grades 7-12) assignment spanning two buildings, engaging older learners in their communication development.

Ideal candidates bring:

  • A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current Washington SLP License.
  • ESA certification.
  • Commitment to fostering student success, creative problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • School-based SLP, CCC-SLP, or SLPA experience is a plus.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress.
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and compliance with state and federal guidelines.
