Desired Experience & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship year
- Experience providing SLP services to pediatric clients, preferably within school environments
- Strong assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions one-on-one and in small groups, both in-person and virtually as needed
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Consult with teachers and parents to support student engagement and classroom participation
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
