Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP and SLP-CCC credentials (current and in good standing)
- Licensure to practice in Ohio (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but all strong candidates considered
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to adjust to changing caseload sizes, locations, and age groups
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy and assessments for students across various ages (caseload size, age group, and schools TBD)
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create and implement individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Work on-site in-person four days per week, with one flexible hybrid (remote) day
