Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC certification
- Valid state licensure or eligibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both students and staff
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques and collaborate in a team setting
- Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic speech-language services to students as assigned
- Work closely with educational teams and families to establish individualized plans and monitor student progress
- Complete assessments, create documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Flexibly serve assigned school(s) as determined by caseload needs
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and school-based regulations
Schedule and Work Environment:
- Start Date: August 24; End Date: June 6
- Work primarily in-person at assigned school(s) four days per week
- One hybrid day each week—a flexible arrangement based on building assignment and departmental needs
- Daily start and end times will be confirmed according to specific school placement
