Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in La Grange, IL

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Commitment to providing individualized and evidence-based interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs
- Deliver speech and language therapy services within classroom and pull-out settings
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance with educational standards
- Consult with teachers and families to support students’ communication success in the classroom
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, professional development, and team collaboration
