Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Waukegan, Illinois

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Team-oriented attitude and passion for fostering student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy to students individually and in groups
- Maintain compliance with all documentation, reporting, and service delivery standards
- Support school initiatives and participate in meetings as needed
