Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) in New Mexico
- Familiarity with pediatric speech and language disorders, especially in school-based settings
- Previous experience working with early childhood or K–12 students preferred
- Comfort with adapting caseloads and collaborating with multi-disciplinary education teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans for students
- Deliver direct therapy services to meet speech, language, and communication goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals
