Role Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (required)
- Current ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure (or the ability to obtain licensure before the start date)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
- Skill in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation
- Compassionate communicator, comfortable collaborating with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language intervention to students in K–12
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Maintain compliance with IEP documentation and participate in meetings
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families for collaborative support
