Key Qualifications:
- Valid state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
- Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school environments strongly preferred
- Experience or interest in moderate to profound caseloads
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage documentation efficiently and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K–12 students in both group and individual settings
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, special education teams, and parents to support student goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to comprehensive care plans
- Maintain detailed and timely records in accordance with district policies
