Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLP license for the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Experience working with pediatric populations and a passion for supporting children’s communication development
- Previous school-based experience is highly desirable
- Flexibility in managing caseloads and adapting to student needs
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting evaluations and screenings of students in grades K–12
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy to students with a range of needs
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise in support of student goals
