Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience working with pediatric and school-age populations, including early childhood and elementary students
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt services based on student needs and educational settings
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and maintain consistent documentation
- Provide consultation and educational support to school staff as needed
