Ideal candidates will have:
- A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure (or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date)
- Previous experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings
- Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborative school-based therapy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning climates
