Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current SLP license in New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience with school-aged children, specifically pediatrics and early childhood populations
- Familiarity with diverse caseloads, including moderate to profound communication needs
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with staff, families, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, diagnosis, and direct therapy for students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic student support
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Offer support and consultation to classroom teachers and family members
