Skills and Experience Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current state licensure
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in school settings with pediatric populations, including elementary and early childhood students
- Comfort supporting diverse caseloads, including students with various moderate to profound needs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads and requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for K–12 students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver direct therapy services individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress reports
- Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with school and state requirements
