Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school speech therapy settings preferred
- Knowledge of assessment tools, progress monitoring, and IEP documentation for school-aged populations
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with students, families, and IEP team members
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy for K–12 students with a range of needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEPs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support student progress across academic and social settings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation regarding student performance and goal attainment
