What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in early childhood or elementary settings
- Strong skills in developing, implementing, and modifying individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Ability to effectively collaborate with families, teachers, and other multidisciplinary team members
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for children with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and complete timely progress documentation
- Work closely with educators and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies within the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your clinical expertise to goal setting
- Engage with families, offering guidance and resources to support student growth
