Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active licensure in Ohio as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFY candidates considered
- School-based experience with K–12, pediatric, or early childhood populations
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative team spirit and commitment to student growth
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to a range of K–12 students with varying needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring for students on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
