Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state SLP license and CCC credential required
- Demonstrated experience in school-based speech therapy
- Pediatric clinical background, specifically with children with autism
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person speech and language therapy services full-time
- Dedicate three days per week to supporting students with Autism in a dedicated program
- Spend two days per week working with students needing speech/language services outside the program
- Divide workweek between two elementary buildings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain precise documentation and provide regular progress updates to teachers and families
