Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure and certification as an SLP with CCC credentials
- Previous experience delivering pediatric speech and language therapy in a school environment
- Demonstrated expertise in supporting children with autism
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage a split schedule efficiently between two school sites
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized speech-language therapy, three days per week, as part of a specialized autism support program
- Provide assessment, intervention, and consultation services to students requiring speech and language support outside specialized programming for two days each week
- Develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and participation
- Engage with teachers, families, and other support staff to promote students’ communication development and academic success
