Desired Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience within school or healthcare-based settings valued
- Adaptability to work with students from preschool through high school
- Strong collaborative and communication skills
- Ability to provide services to both general education and special needs populations, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Cognitive Impairment (CI) programs
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, interventions, and support for diverse learners across four buildings
- Serve students in grades 3–5 (general education), K–8 (potentially preschool and high school), as well as those in ASD and CI programs, ensuring individualized care
- Deliver therapy sessions, collaborate with teachers and other professionals, and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Effectively communicate with families and staff to foster student growth and success
