Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Detroit, Michigan

Ideal candidates will bring specialized expertise in school-based and pediatric settings, along with an active Michigan SLP license. This position is full-time, 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, working closely with students, teachers, and families to deliver individualized speech and language services.
Qualifications:
- Current, active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations (K–12)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to tailor interventions based on individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across a variety of ages and needs
- Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with educational teams, offering insight and guidance on student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal regulations
- Participate in parent meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure comprehensive support
- Adapt techniques and strategies to foster student growth and success
