Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Utica, Michigan

Your background and training should include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP, or eligible
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY) considered
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy SLP services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families
- Proficient with speech, language, and communication assessments and interventions
Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver therapy using evidence-based approaches, either in person or via teletherapy as needed
- Maintain documentation and progress tracking in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents on effective strategies for student success
- Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment
