Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Eligible for state licensure
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) eager to launch their careers
- Knowledge of pediatric SLP techniques
- Comfortable delivering services via teletherapy platforms
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop individualized education and therapy plans in accordance with school guidelines
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in both on-site and virtual formats
- Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Partner with teachers, counselors, and families to support holistic development
- Provide mentorship to Clinical Fellows if eligible
