Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Willis, TX

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure/certification as required by the state
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric caseloads preferred
- Understanding of speech and language development in children
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Organizational skills to manage required documentation and scheduling
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with screenings, direct therapy sessions, and data collection for elementary-aged students
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support student IEP goals
- Prepare materials and adapt activities to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and attendance
- Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and other stakeholders as needed
