What we’re seeking:
• Current state license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Prior experience supporting or providing therapy to children, ideally in an elementary school setting
• Ability to implement therapy plans developed by supervising SLPs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work seamlessly across diverse student needs and collaborate within a school team
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom environment
Your responsibilities:
• Deliver direct therapy under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Conduct activities and interventions focused on improving communication, articulation, and language skills
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
• Participate in team meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support student success
• Adjust therapeutic approaches to best serve varied learning styles and individual needs of students
